We hope you relax and enjoy a delightful variety of French cuisine. Our Chef Christophe, with his extensive culinary experience from the wonderful region of Southern Europe is presenting you with some of the finest dishes according to original recipes.

The secret to a n authentic French cuisine is that every dish is prepared to order and recives individual love and care. Chef Christophe is using only the finest meats availabe, thus our steaks are of U.S.D.A. Prime and Black Angus.

We have become famous for our KOBE Beef.

According to old tradition every cut of meat is prepared in a sauté pan 'á la minute' (to order) and the mouthwatering sauce is drawn from the flovors residing in the pan. You will find this palette pleasing way of preparation a true culinary deligh.

It is somewhat difficult to accommodate some of our patron's request to have the sauce served aside since the cut of meat is finished in the sauce to give the meal its unmistakable signature and character. We gratefully appreciate yuor consideration for this particular request.

Our wonderful "mondial reference" wines from France, Italy and California compliment each course and are a must to round up a true French dining experience.
